Just one year after its creation, Zarpamos, the first ICT Business Accelerator founded in Galicia, has achieved a pre-money valuation of € 2 million, bringing on a new partner the 11% of the company.

Funds will be used to continue investing seed capital in new startups, as well as support for a new R&D company dedicated exclusively to the development of health sector new technologies.

In this first year, Zarpamos rated over 600 entrepreneurial projects. Of those currently in the Accelerating the investment is € 380,000.

Manuel García, CEO of Zarpamos said: “the entry of this partner, allows us to address an investment of about € 1,000,000 over the next three years.  This investment will impact both current projects and future projects and also allows us to strengthen the program. In the second quarter of the year the investment, will beef up the knowledge transfer and internationalization programs and allow our startups working in one of the most important accelerator in the world, outside the country “
