Enrique is a corporate lawyer and philanthropist with a focus on corporate governance, business ethics, compliance, corporate responsibility, social business and impact investment.  

He has more than 20 years of professional and management experience in different industries including computer hardware, internet business, e-commerce and telecommunications where he has gained wide international expertise in business development, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, international tax, data protection and privacy, fair competition, labor conditions, environment and human rights.

He has succesfully implemented compliance, integrity and corporate responsibility strategies for multi-national corporations and been involved in several social entrepreneurship projects in Africa and other social projects in Latin America.

Enrique is a frequent speaker at international conferences and business schools on topics including anti-corruption, integrity, compliance, corporate responsibility and legal management. He obtained a Law Degree in Barcelona, a Master of Arts in International & Comparative Business Law in London, a Business Management Program certificate (PDD) at IESE Business School and he also attended a Leadership Program at Standford.

 He is a dually qualified lawyer (Spain and England & Wales). Enrique speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian.
